Shipping & Delivery Policy

Deliveries Within the UK & EU
To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please place your orders before
11:30 am on Monday 22nd December. A very limited number of our pool tables are delivered
using a two man service as standard. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our two
man service will be able to allocate a delivery slot pre-Christmas. However, this
only affects a very limited number of pool tables. If there are any issues with
pre-Christmas delivery for the products you order we will let you know as quickly
as possible and help you with alternatives! It is important to have full and accurate
contact details and telephone numbers for all our customers at this busy time!
All prices quoted by Gadget Hub include 15% VAT, an additional nominal charge is
made for handling and shipping, this is shown in the checkout before you enter your
payment details. All products on this site are divided into three sizes: small,
medium and large. We currently only deliver inside the UK.

If you buy more than one item, you will only be charged for handling of the largest
sized item in the shipment. So, for example if you choose to buy two toast racks
and two spice racks, you will only be charged £2.95, the charge for the handling
and delivery of one small sized item.
We will endeavour to despatch goods as promptly as possible. The maximum period
of delivery would be within 15 working days, unless specifically agreed with you
the customer. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you
via your e-mail address or via phone within 5 working days.
Please note that the couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during
the working day. You may find it easier to give a work address if it is unlikely
that anyone will be in to sign for your order.
Heavy, bulky items or multiple orders.
Please note that for heavy, bulky items or multiple orders, Gadget Hub's shipping
rates may not apply. If this is the case individual shipping rates are calculated
based on the ship to address. You will be emailed the approximate shipping charges
for these items within one business day. After receiving the shipping estimate,
the order is shipped only after you approve the shipping quote.
Gadget Hub is dedicated to delivering low prices on all products and services and
will continue to seek reliable, inexpensive shipping providers.
Signing for Goods:
Upon delivery of goods please check them carefully for signs of possible damage
before you sign to say that you have received them in good condition. It is not
always possible to determine if the internal contents have been damaged and we strongly
advise you to cross out the word ‘Received in good condition’ and write
‘Damaged’ before you sign, or to write ‘Damaged’ above your
signature.
This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company.
Unfortunately our carriers accept no other wording and it is extremely difficult
for us to claim that your goods were damaged in transit if you have previously signed
to declare that you received your order in good condition.
If you receive a parcel, which is obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability,
please REFUSE delivery. Do not sign for the items, then contact us immediately at
sales@ibgtrading.com or call
customer care on 0845 643 6409 (national rate call) stating the reason for refusal.
We will then resolve the problem in the best and quickest means possible. Fortunately
this happens very rarely.

Security Policy
Gadget Hub uses secure server software (SSL) to ensure that your credit card will
be protected against fraudulent use while on our site. This service encrypts all
personal information entered to prevent anyone but the intended recipient from viewing
or manipulating your information. If for any reason your information is used to
make fraudulent purchases, your bank or credit card company may not hold you accountable
for any more than £50.00 of fraudulent purchases. Additionally, Gadget Hub
will reimburse you up to the full £50.00 of fraudulent charges you could be
held liable for if the fraud occurred through no fault of your own as a result of
information being passed across our secure server.

Returns Policy
The Gadget Hub Exchange & Return Policy
Gadget Hub is committed to keeping your custom. So if for any reason you are
unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within
7 days and we'll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account.
We'll also happily refund the delivery charge if the return is due to a faulty product
or an error on our part.
Returning Items by Mail
1. Fill out the back of your packing slip as follows:
- state the item(s) that you are returning.
- state the reason for the return.
- indicate whether you would prefer a refund to the credit card originally used,
a cheque, or an exchange*
- state the preferred delivery address for your exchange or cheque refund.
-if you are asking for a refund of the delivery expense please include a receipt
for this cost.
*At present, we can only offer an exchange for the same product.
2. Package the return securely (in the original package if possible), and include
the packing slip. Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your protection, we
recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If you want the delivery charge
refunded please remember to include the receipt for this cost.
3. Send the package to the returns address printed at the bottom of your packing
note if you have lost your packing note please contact us at sales@ibgtrading.com or call us on 0845 643 6408
between the hours of 9.30am and 6.30pm.
4. For heavy items returns, such as pool tables, football tables, etc. please contact
sales@ibgtrading.com
or call customer care on 0845 643 6409 (national rate call) Monday - Friday 9:30
- 18:30. We will fully reimburse agreed returns made due to faulty goods or an error
on our part, but we reserve the right to charge you for recovery of the goods in
the event of a cancellation. If you have any doubts please contact our customer
care team for advice.
5. Please note that refunds for cancellations and/or returns will be processed in
the same form of payment originally used. Refunds will be credited back within 30
days of the cancellation.

Warranty Information
Most items in the Gadget Hub catalogue have a manufacturer's warranty, which is
passed directly to the customer. Gadget Hub has no control over the terms of the
warranty. If your product is faulty on delivery Gadget Hub will be pleased to refund
the purchase, subject to our returns policy.
