By purchasing or receiving the Moon Estates Piece of Paradise pack you will be one of the fortunate few who own land on the Island Harbour Beach Estate on Little Exuma, in the Caribbean. Once we receive your completed registration card, which can be found in the set of documents, we will confirm you as Beneficial Owner of one square foot of land on the Island Harbour Beach Estate on Little Exuma – about 20 km from Georgetown, Great Exuma, and just a short drive from some of the most impressive beaches in the world.
Inside the pack there will be the registration card that you need to return to us so that we can create your personalised Land Contract and record you as Beneficial Owner of a plot on the estate. Also enclosed you will find ownership information, plus information about Little Exuma and the Bahamas in general so that you can amaze your friends and family with knowledge about your new land acquisition. There are also a number of authentic Bahamian recipes to help you get in the Bahamian spirit!
