The changing colours of a night sky are reflected around the silvered glass sphere. The light effect also engages the viewer by coming in and out of view as you move around the lamp. Focusing hidden LEDs into the focal point of the globe creates this effect.
The on and off switch works by hand movement. Simply lower or raise your hand above the sphere to operate.
