The Nigella Lawson Tagine - Medium features the lid designed to keep the moisture in. The dish has two handles and the lid has one handle on the top.. The base is both a cooking and serving dish. All Flameware items are totally non-stick.

Lighter than conventional stoneware, Flameware has been designed to retain heat so when handling please use oven gloves. Flameware also has special energy saving properties as when the food in the cookware has reached the required temperature the heat can be reduced as it will maintain the same temperature with less energy.
